You have come to the right place

Pet portraits are the best way to enjoy the special pet in your life, whether they are by your side or lovingly remembered. A commission is hand painted with acrylics onto canvas, maybe graphite and charcoal would be your choice. Your art will be a wonderful treasure, created with care to capture personality, character and lasting connection. Everything is hand painted by myself.

Ordering a commission

I aim to make the process as easy as possible. All portraits are painted from your good photographs. No digital help is used to create your portrait. I will let you know the wait time, and keep you informed at all times. If your portrait is required by a certain date, please let me know.

What makes a good photo...….

For head and shoulders - A photo which is in focus with the pet close in the frame and their eyes can clearly be seen.

For full body - A photo which shows the entire pet, no cropped off ears etc.

Photos are best taken on the same eye level as your pet, not from above. Daylight is best for taking clear photos.

Please send as many photos as you can.

While I appreciate your pet may no longer be by your side, and this maybe difficult, please let me know and we can have a chat how to progress.

Privacy and Copyright

I will never share personal information disclosed by my clients to any third parties. I retain the copyright on all art work I produce. Completed art will be displayed in my social media and on my website. Please let me know if you are unhappy for me to showcase your art.
