I offer a refund to my customers providing I've been informed within 14 days of you receiving your goods that you wish to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've informed me. Postage will not be refunded on the original sale or the return cost. Items must be returned in the original packaging. You have the legal right to a refund if your item is faulty. please return your faulty item within 30 days of receiving it. Please inform me of your intentions.
